"Leaving a 3 star because management should have responded a message i had sent 3 days prior to arrival. a NON-REFUNDABLE because pet, plus the pet fee extremely high. Higher than the price of the room
Automated message said that but i kept asking if it was correct or it was mispelled , if they could have responded on time would have cancelled and find somewhere else that the fee is less than the daily price.
Problem is the management; not employees and not the place"

"Staff was friendly and helpful, right from check-in to check-out. Rooms were clean, pool was nice and clean as well. The included breakfast was great, with a variety of options for the family to enjoy. Overall I am very pleased with our stay here, and would recommend other travelers to give this place a look when in Waco."

"We loved that our room was on the first floor. The outdoor patio area was wonderful! The restaurant was terrific, except that we could only dine there for lunch. Everything was within walking distance. When our TV remote was missing a battery, one was brought quickly to our room! The grounds are beautiful and great for walking! Thank you so much!"
