Hotel dekat Moon Lake

"Clean rooms"

"We love the Hacienda and look forward to our return trip"

"Not as clean as it should have been. The front desk person was not very pleasant. The computer was slow. There was no coffee maker in the room . I was asked to go to the FD to get it myself, but, then a staff member brought it to the door. Did not even offer to bring it in and plug it. No bottled water was provided as most places do. Sunday breakfast omlet was good , but the Gravy (saturday and Sunday )and grits from saturday was too thick. Coffee was great.breakfast area was clean."

"Excellent place to stay great location as far as access to area just a little limited on parking at times and being on a main highway their isn’t much to look at if walking around outside of the hotel. It is still a great place it is so great inside you want that resort feel when your outside."

"El servicio y el desayuno es de lo mejor volveré de seguro a escogerlos"

"Personal amable , habitaciones limpias"

"Room had a great cross-breeze and was very clean and comfortable. We checked in over the phone due to a late connection, staff was great and helpful. Only dings were a bathroom door that wouldnt latch, and the batteries ran out on our hotel room door so we were very temporarily locked out, which panicked my autistic kid. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Love my stay everytime"

"Everything about this place is awesome from the staff to the food!! I highly recommend!!"

"El cuarto estaba lleno de cucarachas traté de que me reembolsaran el dinero y me dijeron que no"

"Rooms were terrible. Bugs, wholes in the curtains, dirty sheets"
