Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. "This was our first time staying here and it’s safe to say we would choose this property again, hands down. The staff at check in were lovely and warm. They interacted with my kiddos which they didn’t have to do, but it was a bonus. The check in area and bar had a pool table as well as a table to sit at with various games. We were situated on the 4th floor, with a view of the strip. We had a 2-queen bed room, and the room felt spacious. The room was clean and the set up with the bathroom...

Went down the second day and talked to the front desk about the smell and her first response was questioning why we didn’t come down sooner? We later received a phone call from someone also with poor manners complaining our request was too vague and asked for specifics. If we knew where the smell was coming from, we wouldn’t have asked?
