"no the room wasn't spotless in that someone had patched a sheetrock square (shoddy job) and left the sheetrock dust on floor molding and floor, really? Also, they want you to be responsible for damages like most hotels and there was a crack in bathroom sink where somone had dropped something very heavy. Alll I could do was report it to desk that i had not done it.. Get it fixed or replace it. The entire neighborhood had closed / run down hotels across street and nearby...not a good sign."

"Parking is very easy, carts are easily accessible and available for moving in and out! Ac works very well! Beds were comfortable. I have only one complaint…the toilet is very low! Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!"

"Rooms were freaking gross. Hair, dirt and dust on the tile floor at the entry and bathroom. Toe nails on the carpet by the dresser. Our rooms were never cleaned/serviced over 4 days. No breakfast in the mornings, no pool (says it’s being renovated, but no sign of any construction happening), weight room is dilapidated and the hall ways were filthy. We only stayed cause options were limited due to a national wrestling tournament happening and there was limited availability for rooms at a...

"In room 303 I had no hot water, I saw roaches , refrigerator didn’t work . I had two days but I cancelled for Sunday and asked for a refund , which I’m still waiting on . Will never go back "

"I will never stay there again. The room was clean but the floors were bowing in the bathroom. They gave me 5 towels. Two big, two small washcloths and one for the floor. I had to give them those five towels back to wash and they gave them back to me. I couldn't just get towels. They were rude and not friendly. "

"No hot water, not enough water pressure to take a shower. Worn out furnishings. Pool is empty. Even the Waffle House across the street is out of business. Old and rundown."

"This place is sketchy. I was safe and no one messed with my car. You could easily get a contact high from other patrons in rooms around you. I did check for bed bugs and found no signs of them. The ac was cold just like the shower. "

"Positives: the key worked, A/C was working, police were on the premises. Negatives (in order of encounter): Police were on premises, choked from smoke in the hallway, light switches were appearantly not hooked to anything, 9ft windows with 6ft curtains and security light shining directly in which allowed me to see the couch with half the upholstery missing, 1/3 of sleeping area carpet had a squishing sound from A/C condensate. I did not stay so I don't know how long the yelling and loud music...
