Updated rooms. Was clean free from bugs. Nice size rooms. Attentive staff. The breakfast was nice only got the muffins but saw a nice variety of items.

General updates are needed for appearance of the facility. Rooms were clean and I rested well. That's all I wanted for just an overnight.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my time. I would not recommend this hotel. Even the homeless people didn’t want to stay there!

It’s a good place to stay no iron no ironing board no hair dryer in the bathroom looks like it’s still being redone so it still needs work.

The room was alright, but empty, wasn't sure if the lady upfront gave me an accessable room, but I thought it was quite different, thank goodness I only stay one night! I will never stay there again, and the rooms were supposed to be revoniated.

The property is very conveniently located next to the Shreveport Regional Airport. The Front Desk staff that checked us in and out was very personable however the elevator was dirty and shook when it was moving between floors and stopping on at floor. Very concerning. It looks like the did a major remodel to the interior with new paint, flooring, etc. The bed was comfortable. The curtains didn't close at first and the bright lights outside were intense. There was a spot on the hand towel that was hung up so I used the second hand towel and it looked clean. There was no toilet paper...which I noticed too late. There was no major noise inside however both nights (Sat night was awful) there were motorcycles revving in the parking lot for hours. I won't be staying there again. It worked for our purposes on this trip but I need something cleaner and quieter.

The staff member was friendly. The room was older and slightly dirty but ok for a single noghts sleep we were using it for. The elevator though is a DEATH TRAP!!! We went uo to the third floor and halfway up the elevator started to shake violently and came to a stop between floors. Then upon starting again began shaking violently again until the doors opened. We took the stairs down where another guest asked us if we had the same experience. They decided to check out and find a different hotel. Would not stay again at this location.

Personnel were extremely friendly, respectful and helpful. Jessica was very nice and kept the room very clean. The only issue was the elevator which was making strange noises when getting to to the first floor.
