Price is good and the staff is great. The hotel need upgrade refrigerator doesn't work in most room air conditioning doesn't work in most rooms elevator shakes real bad. If everyone trying to take a shower you have no water pressure.

I booked my room stay for 2 days since I would be in Louisiana for 2 days. I arrived around 3 am. The front desk lady was extremely rude and laughing at my family and I saying. I didn’t call the hotel and told them I was going to be late. She continued to laugh and smirk. I asked her “what the issue was?” She was extremely rude and continued to say how we didn’t call so she put me as a no show even thought we booked for 2 days. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and there were holes in the walls. I have been traveling for years and I have never experienced an issue like this! I don’t recommend this hotel.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The first room we given had pee stained sheets and mold EVERYWHERE. The second room we were moved to was not any better. I would not recommend to anyone!

The room was filthy, there was stuff broken, the toilet seat was yellow there was trash in the room hair in the sink mold in the microwave and a lot more. My daughter and I checked in then went to go find food but tried to get a refund when we got back and left. They refused to refund me. I submitted the pictures of the room on google reviews since I couldn’t get a refund.

Front desk staff was very nice and that was as far as nice in that hotel went. We checked in right after our flight and just dropped our things in the room as we had to be somewhere. When we came back later that night front desk had forgotten they even put us in that room which was concerning and when we went to our room the keys wouldn't work so I had to go back down a have them reset. The room was musty and smelled of old cigarettes and mold. Not sure what was splattered all over the wall by the window and the curtains had something crusty splattered on them. The pillows were hard and something bit me on my hands and arm. Checked for bed bugs before I laid down didn’t see any so not sure what bit in the night. The shower just trickled and the handle to turn it on was broken so it was hard to find the right setting for warm water. When I went to use a wash cloth it smelled like old ash tray like it had been used to once wipe one out. I was in town extremely last min for a funeral and

The only thing good about this hotel in my opinion was the distance to the airport. Front desk receptionist acted like it was an inconvenience to get off her cellphone and check me in. The room was a good size, outdated TV. No hot water and poor water pressure so I go back down stairs and mentioned it to front desk and was told "you have to kind of move the handle a little bit and not all the way to the red". Was given another room and same thing low water pressure and had to run the water for almost 8min to get some level of hot. If I wasn't tired and had a super early flight I would have went across the road to a different hotel.
