"Room was slightly humid otherwise great value and location."

"The room was clean and the breakfast was the best we have had in awhile considering we stay in a variety of hotels when we travel. The staff was very nice/friendly. I would recommend that the hotel have several more carts when people check-in as they only have 3. The only complaint is the A/C unit. Why would you put this unit in the bedroom in a closed door closet? Our unit was so loud and made a lot of noise, especially at night when we were sleeping. This is something to definitely address for all rooms and to upgrade/replace these units with something with less noise. We didn't get much sleep because of this unit keeping us up half the night. This definitely needs to be addressed."

"Clean room. Well furnished. Great view. Private balcony. Large room. Full, well equipped kitchen. I could live for months in this room. It was the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Staff was excellent fulfilling every one of my requests. "

"The hotel was wonderful. The location was great. The pool and beach access was great. The only issue we had was that the AC in the room didn’t seem to work at night in the bedroom. "

"Everything was terrific from the beautiful rooms, 2 pools, excellent and helpful staff to the breakfast bar in the morning. There are shuttles by van and boat to the beaches abs other locations. The new Tigress restaurant and outdoor bar were a perfect way to end the day. "
