"A nice hotel on Saas Fee in the center a short walk from the Bus Station. It has small but good facilities. It's restaurant is nice, but it is only open Wednesday to Saturday. The rooms are good size but standard rooms have no view; they look into the back of an appartment building. It is reasonably priced. And all in all good value for money in up market Saas Fee. As summer skiing is becoming impossible, summer prices should start to drop."

"Zermatt is a beautiful Village in Switzerland. This hotel was only about a 4 minute walk to the town center. Booked late. So they only had a room to accommodate 3 people, which was nice to have the extra space, for 2 people. Was on the first floor. Room 106, unfortunately a view of really nothing. Breakfast was good, but they charge 3 CHF per egg if you want an omelette or a fried egg instead of the scrambled eggs provided. It was still a very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and they...

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes.
