"The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main station. It’s clean, offers minimal amenities, and has a great breakfast. Unfortunately, my stay ended on a very negative note. On my last night, I was locked out of my room after reception had closed. There was no visible emergency contact at the front desk, and if one exists, it certainly wasn’t made clear. "ツェルマットから電車で1駅、17分くらいですが、非常にコスパ良く最高にお勧めできるホテルです。まず部屋がとても広くて清潔で安心して過ごせます。最寄り駅のテッシュ駅から徒歩5分くらいですが、駅前にコープとミグロスがあって買い物も便利でした。"

"Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a gem and massively added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you to all. "
