Hotel Best Western di Mooseheart

"Passable for a relatively inexpensive hotel. Old and no frills. Needs upgrades. Generally clean, though tissue dispenser was sticky and dirty. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Some had limited English. Thin towels. We received no housekeeping. The included breakfast was pretty good. Very poor wi-fi. Repeated issues with door keys. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again."

"The room was very clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the window opened but had no screen and it was knee high. Seemed it would be dangerous if you had children. There was outside noise from the restaurant next door. The air conditioner was very noisy. Had to wear ear plugs. The breakfast was good and great coffee."

"To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room.
