"If you want a fancy hotel that will charge you a fortune, this is not the place for you. But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place. We couldn't be happier with our choice of a hotel and I highly recommend it."

"We stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic. Big thanks to Samuel at the front desk for making it extra special. Room was extremely comfortable - shower and bathroom super clean. Spa was nice during the cold of the winter. Included breakfast was very good but could have used a little bit more variety. Service was solid - whenever we ordered anything, it arrived minutes later. And location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything and trains readily available a block away. "

"Perfect! Basel is absolutely perfect for a weekend trip. The hotel was positioned just over the road from the main train station, bus from the airport arrives and departs in the same area. Basel card is included with stay so public transport is free! Also easily walkable to main areas. Checkin easy. We used the adjoining hotel reception as we had a late flight but this was no issue and there’s an option to check in electronically. Luggage store room. Room basic but clean and had everything...

"Modern chic hotel operated by super helpful people at the lovely quarter of Basel! 3 of us stayed 4 nights in Garden View Suite with washer/dryer + ample water shower and couldn't be happier. Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance and strolling on many little passages throughout was a lot of fun. Tram#3 stops directly in front of the hotel, which easily connects with Tram#8 or #11 to Basel SSB main station. One advice is to bring Type J adapter for charging. We sincerely...
