Bodde i ett av deras hotellrum som totalt sett var helt OK och vad man kan förvÀnta sig. Rent och prydligt. Frukost ingick vid boende i hotelldelen och var till full belÄtenhet. Finns nÄgot för alla smakriktningar.

Rummen var ok, lite slitna, frukosten var bra, omgivningarna fantastiska, MEN nÀr turister frÄgar i receptionen om olika vÀgalternativ till SÀlen och fÄr en rekommendation, sÄ tror man att de kan sin sak. Nu blev vi rekommenderade att Äka vasaloppsvÀgen, vilket vi gjorde. En stor miss. Det Àr vÀgarbete pÄ nÀstan 4 mil och vÀgen Àr sÄ dÄlig att Äka pÄ, med risk för att förstöra bilen av alla stora stenar. Detta gjorde oss sÄpass försenade till Trysil, sÄ vi missade en inbokad aktivitet. Denna aktivitet sÄg vi fram emot och nu kÀnner vi oss oerhört besvikna. Servicepersonal bör fÄ rÀtt förutsÀttningar för att guida turister rÀtt i nÀromrÄdet och drar ned vÄr betygsÀttning för detta boende.

Rummet var fint och rent. Inne i badrummet fanns en avloppslukt. Det rann ut vatten pĂ„ HELA badrumsgolvet nĂ€r man hade duschat. Vi saknade en fjĂ€rrkontroll till tv:n. Var ute i receptionen för att fĂ„ en ”ny” men svaret vi fick var att det inte fanns nĂ„gon. Badet utomhus var inte frĂ€scht, alldeles brunt och sörjigt.
