"Beautiful hotel with helpful staff and very clean room. Lively lobby area. If using the water park next door which was included in our reservation, boys/men need to wear swim trunks which are different than swim suits."

"What a beautiful, spacious hotel. There were dining options and a coffee shop on site. We enjoyed the buffet at the restaurant but many were lined for the pizza and Italian place. Game area was nice. Especially convenient to catch shuttle to the airport. Chris, who checked us in was very friendly, and welcoming. Offered suggestions on eating, timing for arrival at airport for flight, and upgraded our rooms! Reminded us he’d be there until 10 if we had any more questions. Beds were comfy and...

"This is the best airport hotel experience! Easy to get to from gate. Staff super helpful. Property fun, clean, comfortable. Bed ready early (12n) so got a quick shower (strong and lovely) before heading out. Breakfast buffet well worth it, if you want a full breakfast or have a hearty appetite. Easy to get into Paris for a quick visit. Bed so comfy. Will be my stop was every visit."

"This place was disgusting. We weren’t expecting much as it was the only thing available while having a layover in the Beauvas airport. It was a nasty old hostel that still had the hostel look. Old, dirty, disgusting, and smelled terrible. Everything felt dirty and disgusting. Def doesn’t match the photos and it was still called the St. Vincent Hostel. One the door hangers said Elema Hotel."

"The hotel is located near the parking lot between Terminal 3 and Terminal 1 of CDVVAL station. It's about a 5-minute walk, but there are stairs. A welcome drink was provided. I booked a room with two single beds, but they only had a room with one king-size bed. While this is acceptable, I question the hotel's service. The room felt spacious with large windows and high ceilings. There was no refrigerator or safety deposit box. Drinking water can be obtained in front of the reception desk."

"The experience was far from good. At midnight a man tried to get into my room. I tried to call the front desk and the phone was not properly labeled to reach out to the front desk. I didn’t know which button to punch. The lobby smelled a combination of stale air and perfume. The bedsheets had little holes in them. The hotel is very close to the airport but that’s it. If you are used to budget hotels in the US, this is bellow that. Stay somewhere else. The staff was very friendly."

"Stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was busy so some of the food options were gone by about 8:30 am. I don’t know if they refilled the items or not. Quality of breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with no concerns or issues. Overall, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay."

"Whilst the check in was smooth, the staff were great and it was very efficient, when I entered the room it was quite dirty. I also left the next day with me and daughter having being bitten by bed bugs. So not the best experience overnight."

"Un client me poursuivait et j’ai intercepté discrètement le monsieur de la réception qui était aux ascenseurs. Je lui ai demandé à 3 reprises de m’accompagner dans l’ascenseur et à ma chambre et il a refusé. Je trouve ça déplorable (7 juillet 2026 en soirée). Les autres employés ont été courtois."
