"The Sea Cliff hotel is situated in a nice spot in Portmore. The scenery was stunning; however, what let the hotel/resort down was that the room had only cold water, and all three rooms I booked had cold water. The restaurant was pricy and the food wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t cleaned covered in dead leaves etc. The receptionist was accommodating allow a fridge to be placed in one room, allowing us to keep our drinks cool. Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view.
