"I liked the steak house, the golden dragon and the beach. I didn’t like the cockroaches by the oatmeal at the buffet, by the pool and in the hallways. Staff wasn’t friendly. Didn’t like that we weren’t able to have more than one beach towel. the chairs poolside were all dirty, some were stained with bird poop. Probably from the crows that fly around the dining area."

"i had a very negative experience my hot tub jets didn’t come on and the hot water in the shower didn’t work. overall the hotel is very outdated as well. when i told the front desk he laughed at me with no solution. staff was also very rude. i stayed at excellence for 4 days and here one, it was nowhere near comparable to a 5 star experience. would not recommend."

"You had to learn the switches in the room.As far as turning off and turning on things. there should have been a map as to where everything's were. A reminder board about Activities that were happening during the day needed to be available. The lighting could have been better outside at night. It was a nice place. The only thing that I would complain about if I had to complain about anything would be the fact that consistently throughout our stay, there was people smoking in their room, which was causing our smoke alarms to go off several times a day and it was very annoying, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault that’s the people that don’t like to listen."

"The pictures does NOT match this “resort” at alllll. I went to this property on 6/1 and was sooo dissatisfied! The property needs renovations and honestly should not be open until then. I stayed for one night and then left to go to another resort. The staff were very friendly and the little food was good but other than that it’s a NO for me. The beach was nice but it’s not apart of the property. Giving the guest a pass to get into the beach is a nice gesture thanks ;)"

Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." "We stayed here last minute with our two year old after a different stay didn’t work out. Since we booked last minute, I was expecting the worst based on some of the reviews.
