"Beautiful resort but they really need to improve on Customer service . Everyone seems so miserable. Not friendly at all. Starting from check in .. the lady quickly brushed me away and didn’t explain any of the property perks to me . I had to figure out everyone on my own for 5 days . The staff at the pool bar were not friendly at all. I felt uncomfortable even asking for a drink because their demeanor was terrible. No pool side service … best bar was the lobby bar. They were more enthusiastic....

"Honestly apart from the face swelling from the food poisoning the first night, I enjoyed my stay. My lymph nodes did their job.
