"I travel often but, this was my first time booking at an all inclusive adult only resort, unfortunately, the Riu Montego Bay is overrated! If offered room 30 RUN by all means! The room is located directly over the 24 hr sports bar so sleeping is impossible, the view is obstructed, and to top it off the room has ROACHES! When we complained they sent up housekeeping with a can of insect spray and of course on the last day we saw more ROACHES so, now we have to FUMIGATE our luggage before going...

The favorite was the food truck (curry chicken patties were the fan fave) and the Jamrock Restaurant but the buffet pretty good too. The hotel has a ton going on and entertainment was not short. "The Princess resort was an amazing time. Starting with the staff, every person encountered were polite and helpful. The staff was wonderful. The property was quite clean and aesthetically pleasing. Shuttle service to get around was an added plus. The food was decent for resort food. The hibachi was delicious. My only complaint was the pool bar hours, only from 11-6. "We had a wonderful stay! Couple things we would tweak but overall it was wonderful!!! Very very impressed with this resort. It was idyllic and wonderful and restorative! Many commented on how much it has changed post hurricaine. Honestly, it sounds insane. But for what it is now - still amazing. Doesn’t change anything. And the character of the workers - impressive. Still working through some rennovations but the amt of beachfront is truly impressive. Would 100% recommend Excellence...
