Cari Hotel di Saint Mary

"Moon place is Overrated in my opinion. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, that was the highlight of our stay. My biggest turn off was the bathroom-there was mold in the shower. Our Ac unit was also leaking water onto the floor, which caused my girlfriend to slip and fall. That's a serious safety issue. The food also wasn't the greatest for resort at a resort price point. I wanted to love it, but with the room condition and food quality wouldn't return."

"The resort was well maintained and nicely set up. I liked not having to walk kilometres to get to the lobby or buffet or beach, unlike other resorts I been to. The food had a good selection, the desert was not my favourite. I would say it’s a solid 4 star resort not 5. The front desk people weren’t the friendliest, monotone faces. No one did an extra push to make you feel special and cared about. Just doing the bare minimum of their job. The entertainment staff were excellent and lovely. The...

"No complaints"

"Room is clean and staff is helpful."

"The concept is amazing – you feel so close to nature. My bungalow was nestled in the natural landscape, emerging just enough to catch a view of the ocean. The staff were very accommodating, and Romane (Night Shift Supervisor) and Richard (Maintenance Supervisor) went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe. Thank you, Team GoldenEye, for your guest-centred approach. It made my stay on your property truly amazing!"

I do want to...

"Clean and comfy, good location, staff were very friendly and helpful, did not like the water being basically turned off at nights"

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated...
