The staff were AWESOME! They really made the stay better. The room was spacious however ants all over the bathroom. Amenities were good. Food was great! Would recommend more shopping excursions as the store on-site is too expensive wh0en needing things such as toothpaste. Overall good place.

The Couples brand is smong my favorite resorts in the Caribbean. However, Couples San Souci is extra special for those seeking intimate, quality, relaxing, quiet time. The employees offer service way above standard and elevate the experience in a phenomenal way. While general dining is somewhat average, the fine dining exprience is above par. Lastly, the daily activities are fun, but nightly entertainment is even better with a heavy integration of the Jamaican culture.

It is an older resort, but well maintained. It was exactly what we were looking for because it has a natural spring and mineral pools, great amenities, and great staff (if you are kind and respectful). Very beautiful grounds.

Couples Sans Souci is a beautiful, peaceful resort with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I would say it caters more toward mature couples looking to unwind rather than those seeking nightlife, partying, or lots of activities geared toward a younger crowd. That said, there are still enjoyable activities on the property, including sailing. The staff was one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend Sans Souci for couples looking for a calm, intimate, and relaxing getaway.

Property was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful when needed, food was good. Transportation to and from the airport was easy and smooth! The only hiccup and it was a small one but the one staff member that helped us check in seemed annoyed with us and didn’t honor our first time discount because we signed up online for the romance rewards before arriving per the email instructions. When we tried to do it another way and my phone wouldn’t connect she just gave up. She seemed annoyed with us and dismissive. It was not a great first impression but every other interaction outside of her made up for it. We would return!

The staff was very friendly for the most part however, the breakfast restaurant and bar frequently opened later than the time posted. Additionally, we had requested red stripe, and Diet Coke be brought to our room four times and we never received it. Jacqueline from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean.

Property it’s beautiful but run down. Pool is dirty and low water level. Jacuzzi was not warm and smelled moldy. Towels are few and far between. Only one place to get them and they are so far from the other pools. Lots of walking so very inconvenient when you need something. No pool service at the other pools or bars. Food was gross and subpar. Some staff was so nice and helpful, other staff were rude and not helpful. Everything was very expensive if it’s wasn’t included. Bit easy to get restaurant reservations day of and have to order mini bar a day ahead of time. Same with room service and housekeeping. Overall pretty property would not stay here again.

The property is beautiful and located in a great area. One thing I highly recommend is flying into the airport in Ocho Rios rather than Montego Bay. From Montego Bay, the drive to the hotel can take over a hour and half , while from Ocho Rios it’s only about 15 minutes. The service was okay, but I wish the staff had provided more information about the resort amenities and activities during check-in. We only stayed for three days, and unfortunately we missed out on several things because we had to discover them on our own. As for the food, it was average. Being in Jamaica, I was excited to experience authentic Jamaican cuisine, but the resort’s offerings didn’t quite meet my expectations. We ended up eating at local restaurants a few times to enjoy some real Jamaican food. Overall, it wasn’t a bad hotel. The property itself is very nice, and we had a good time, but there are definitely a few areas where the guest experience could be improved.
