"The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean."

"Room and amenities were great. The staff was the best, their customer friendly. The only problem we had was the room and the security pass to the room wasn’t working and they were rude when we needed assistance for that part. But the overall experience was amazing. "

The staff overall were wonderful. We especially loved the courtesy and service from the buffet restaurant team—they were warm, attentive, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. "Lots of poolside seating available, very clean rooms and property, food was good, good food at the snack bar, check in very easy. only dislike was there was so much grass in the beach water. There was only a small spot to swim"

"Elite club not worth the money spent"

"Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. When I noticed my spirits was not replenished the next day I called the desk...

"First off I'll say I understand that the island experienced a horrific ordeal with hurricane Melissa and the aftermath stoand continue to heal.... However the condition of the room cleanliness had nothing to do with the storm... There was thick dust everywhere... My roommate and I coughed and hacked the entire time we were visiting the property if we weren't out on the patio or out doors,.. the shower floors weren't clean the walls had someone else's strands of hair sure wasn't mine my hair is...

"We went into this trip a little nervous after reading so many negative reviews—but wow, this resort completely exceeded our expectations. The food was a highlight, with plenty of great dinner options, but the Asian restaurant was hands down the best—absolutely worth going more than once. The beach was honestly one of the most beautiful we’ve experienced: soft white sand, calm blue water, just perfect for relaxing. Our swim-up room was a total game changer and easily one of our favorite parts...

"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."

"Overall the property was great! Beach is amazing and staff was very friendly. Food was very good as far as all inclusives go. Getting reservations for the restaurants is difficult and the process to book for more than 2 people a little wonky. Be prepared to be frustrated there but not a deal breaker for us. We will go back simply for that beach."
