"The hotel overall was clean, and the room itself was tidy and well-maintained. However, there were several inconveniences that affected the stay. The bathtub did not have a shower curtain, which caused water to splash out onto the floor during showers, creating a mess. While the room did include an iron, there was no ironing board available, and there was also no hair dryer provided. The bed was too low, no quilt on bed to make you comfortable when the room got cold, you had to push up ac then...

"I stayed at S Hotel Kingston for my birthday and the service was immaculate from start to finish. Akeem handled our room service and he was so pleasant and professional. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff member who took my breakfast room service order was wonderful she even offered a complimentary fruit plate, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and special. The hospitality truly added to my birthday experience, and I would definitely stay here again."
