"The property itself is not bad because there is a natural waterfall on the property. That’s the only good thing I can say about this property. They have no parking on the property for guests. The road condition it terrible it’s almost impossible to get up in car without damaging your vehicle which I was not aware of prior to booking else I would never booked this place. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail."

"Starlight Chalet is a very nice, well maintained classic building with beautiful landscaping. The view is wonderful, especially from upstairs and from the gazebo. The food was very good (but perhaps a bit expensive). The beds were comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean and well-maintained. "Unfortunately it took 3 goes to get a comfortable room. First night we were unable to sleep due to the noisy building works carried out and the sound of generators. Breakfast was not nice, the fried dumplings were so tough neither me nor hubby could break a piece. The fried fish dinner was extremely over priced and tasteless. At every meal we left most of it. However most staff were courteous and professional. Hotel is in a great location but unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again especially...
