Cari Hotel di Portland

"The name tells you the position of this lovely hotel on sea cliff, with a dramatic view and thundering wind and waves. Really beautiful!"

"We had a nice stay. The property was very well maintained and clean. The beds were rounded so were a bit odd an"

"Loved my stay at great huts. Totally unique rooms, quiet property with detail to art and history throughout … beautiful cliffside views and chirping crickets at night made this stay feel relaxing . Don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to , there’s a bar and staff will tend to your needs. The on-site restaurant is decent , but I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re hoping for authentic Jamaican food. I would stay again!"

"Excellent hotel for a quiet stay. Very nice rooms and excellent views. The website and marketing information should make it clear that staying at the property may be difficult for some people as walking the property will require guest to go up and down a number a steps."

"Our stay during at jungle retreat was fantastic. This beautiful retreat was very quiet, clean, organized and friendly. This is one of my top recommendations and I’m sure I will revisit. Special thanks to the staff and owner."

"It was close enough to Port Antonio without being in town"

"Gorgeous views."

"Finding the location wasn't good, especially at night. Wasn't able to get anyone on the phone to help with the directions."

"My husband and I stayed in a 1 BR ocean view villa at Frenchman’s Cove Beach Resort. The views from the villa were spectacular. The villa was very spacious, however we couldn’t enjoy the space because there was only 1 ac unit and it was located in the bedroom. Whenever we showered, we would be sweating before we could get out of the bathroom. The villa is poorly maintained. The bathroom door knob was falling off and does not close. The kitchen sink had caked on grime as if it hadn’t been cleaned...

"Mr Wright and his staff were wonderful. This place is cozy, clean and safe. We enjoyed our stay. Everything we asked for was taken care of by Mr Wright and his staff. We appreciated everything."

"The only thing nice about this property was the outside view. Do not stay at this place."

"The room was musty, the front desk staff unhelpful and insensitive and the bed was broken and irreparable. 0/10, I would not recommended"

"The property is well-kept and lush with fruit plants and trees. Road signage was great near the property for locating it and parking. The greatest disappointment for us was - no air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fan only."

"The owners were very helpful. The property was clean, had air conditioning and a good shower. Getting to the location requires a steep hike uphill if you don't come with a car, but the views of the bay are great from uptop. Thanks Chris and Roxan!"

"Clean room, outdated, next to the roadway very noisy, along with the Roasters...its Good for a day or 2,close to attractions...Covienient..overall a 3 out of 5..."
