We had a wonderful stay! Couple things we would tweak but overall it was wonderful!!! Very very impressed with this resort. It was idyllic and wonderful and restorative! Many commented on how much it has changed post hurricaine. Honestly, it sounds insane. But for what it is now - still amazing. Doesn’t change anything. And the character of the workers - impressive. Still working through some rennovations but the amt of beachfront is truly impressive. Would 100% recommend Excellence level. It was a great stay!

We booked this for our 20 year anniversary trip and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We really enjoyed the food, the staff. We never had to wait long for anything since we would go right at 6 when the restaurant opened. There was a bout of windy weather that came thru which brought a ton of seaweed to the beaches so there was a few days we couldn’t use the beach chairs but there’s so many other places to relax that we hardly noticed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested and we will be back

Ocean was visible and the property was well maintained and clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful
The food varied from good to fair
Soups and appetizers were usually good
Some entrees like the lobster, grouper and oxtails were very good
The steak was below average for a porterhouse steak
The breakfast staff could have done a much better job bringing coffee and general service
The cafe with ice cream was very good
The desserts were fair overall

Spent a full week. Ocean was partially visible in a garden with plunge pool room. We had our own private deck to layout in the sun so we appreciated that so we didn’t have to fight for a spot by the pool. Rooms were beautiful. Large jetted tub was our favorite and was not just a soaker tub. Cable did not work but a few hours for the week. Staff would check in 2-3 times a day so definitely were taken care of. The Lobster House and Spice were our favorite. The grilled lobster was amazing! Hibachi was fun at Spice but you have to make reservations. I appreciated the coffee shop with desserts (ice cream and pastries). The gym was amazing and had everything a gym rat would need! The spa was great. We booked two couples Excellence massages (75 mins) twice and they were very relaxing. Georgia and Nina were great for deep tissue and Talia and Theresa provided a very relaxing massage. I enjoyed Zodia who was the attendant for the hydrotherapy. The hydrotherapy was interesting with stations including a sauna, cold bucket, alternating cold/warm shower, warm and cold plunge as well as pool that consisted of bubbles, pressurized fountains. Lastly there was a heated bed with scalp massage which was so relaxing. When all services were done, you could lay on a swaying bed which was also very relaxing. Overall great resort and would come back!

This experience was amazing. My wife and I just needed a vacation. It landed on our anniversary. So we told them that, and they gave us an awesome package! The staff treated you like family!

This was our second stay at Excellence Oyster Bay, and once again the service was exceptional.
Before we even arrived, Delisea went above and beyond to help us secure a top-floor Beach House Excellence Suite when the only available option lacked the privacy we prefer. She also arranged dinner reservations for our arrival so we could celebrate our anniversary stress-free.
Makeda (host), Keroy (waiter), and Stephen (waiter) made our Excellence Club dining experiences warm and memorable. They remembered us and always greeted us with genuine kindness.
On our last morning, Sashagay ensured our breakfast service was quick and seamless so we could relax without worrying about our departure time — a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated.
Brandon and Arthurneil were fantastic at the beach, setting up our chairs and checking in regularly. Brandon even found a cloth to clean my glasses, and Arthurneil surprised us with a beautiful swan towel creation after breakfast.
The resort is quiet and relaxing, with a lovely beach for walks and wading and a peaceful pool area. We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Wonderful resort, everything was clean, employees catered to your every wish and a great selection of bars and restaurants. Only issue we had was almost every restaurant was out of something, and it was usually what I wanted.

The room was beautiful and the resort was kept up well. The food was mediocre except for lobster night. I remember from previous visits to other excellence clubs that the food was much better. The entertainment was below average.
