Our family stayed a week , generally we have excellent experience, especially the kids club you can leave your kids there , they will take good care of them . However , the other department stuff some of them are super nice but some of them were not . If you expect authentic Jamaican food , this is not the place not even close . The ambience is super beautiful , we love our stays but we are foodies , maybe not come back .

Couldn't have been more happy with our decision to come to the Princess Grand Jamaica. My wife and I traveled with our 2 children aged 6 and 11 and there were plenty of things to do on the property for kids. The dining options were hit or miss but overall there is something for everyone. The pools were well kept and plenty of seating was available. The pool side service for drinks could use more attention but we were so occupied with what the pools had to offer it was rarely an issue. The man made beach was decent but if you are more of a beach person than a pool person it may be worth it to you to take the short ride over to Negril and visit the 7 mile beach. I would also try to fly in to Negril instead of Montego Bay if possible as the ride from MBJ to Princess Grand was nearly 3 hours when we arrived on a Friday evening. A casino at the resort is currently under construction but once that opens I'm certain this will be the #1 resort in Jamaica. 10/10 we will be coming back as soon as possible.

First and foremost- Shamone in the lobby bar is amazing! Property was clean, rooms were really nice and modern, food was really good, drinks were decent. I’m giving a 3/5 because the ocean/beach was not great, most of the staff just seemed “meh” (not rude, but not necessarily friendly) and the pool atmospheres were odd to me. I will elaborate - there is a kids water park but the pool with the pool/swim up bar was right next to it. I would have expected the swim up bar to be more lively and more adult focused. That being said, the other pool area does not have a swim up bar and I expected it to be more relaxing but that’s where they did all the activities and loud music. I have been to 9 or 10 different all inclusive resorts and this just seemed very backwards compared to the other resorts. Typically you see the activities, loud music and bar in one spot which tends to be adult focused. Not hating on the kids as I brought mine with me! Just odd to have it so mixed up in my opinion. In summary, I had a good time, the place was beautiful and the food was great. I just wouldn’t return as other resorts suit me better.

Our stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was absolutely wonderful. The resort is beautiful and impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, hospitable, and genuinely helpful. We had butler service, and Shayshay and Questos were outstanding—always responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The food was excellent with a great variety of restaurants to choose from. Our room was lovely and consistently cleaned in a timely manner. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made our stay truly delightful.

What a magical resort! The pools were great, kids loved the water park, room was good, enough space for us all and a balcony for evenings. Music in evenings was loud but didn’t go too late. Food was good, especially the market grill and fusion restaurant. Kids love the coffee shop with ice cream. Would highly recommend

The water park was amazing. The Beach Oasis Bar is the heated pool and swim up bar on the Grand side. (It was my favorite one). The kids club game room was “Out of service,” which was disappointing because the VR/arcade room they enforced 10 and up. The beach was not so great. Seemed like a man made beach. GET Platinum if you want to experience all access. Food was meh. Roads are patched up so the 90 min commute can be a bumpy ride. Also make sure you get the FREE transfer. They will encourage to pay for a taxi when it’s actually included.

Great activities for all ages. Restaurants have room for improvement, food on the needs improvement. Main buffet lacks salad verities, lack of more fresh fruit instead of can or frozen fruits. We still could find good choices of food. Reef lunch cafeteria was very good, but again salad bar was not impressive, lot of water at the bottom of big lettuce bowl. We enjoyed it, and will go back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The resort was pristine, the food options were plenty and delicious, and the beach was stunning. A special shout-out to Janielle and Felicia from Cabana services went above and beyond to make our trip memorable with their attentive service and warm personality.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 guests( 4 adults, 17 yo, 12 yo) staying at the Princess Grand Jamaica in their Platinum Jr suites. We booked these specific suites for the premium drinks that would be included. Pros- Very Clean rooms, Gym was decent, beach is clean, multiple pool areas, food trucks and buffet available at pool for quick food access, water slides for kids, 2 butlers per day, butlers are very attentive! Italian and Mexican restaurants were delicious, MVP bar was always fun mat night, Fun gaming room for teens Cons- Very far from airport, No private beach for Platinum members as stated, everyone shares the beach, only 4 A la Carte reservations per stay, premium drinks are NOT all included- there were many alcohols that needed payment, towels were not always available, drinks in restaurants are impossible to get( unto 1 hours), lack of entertainment on resort , especially during the day, AC and power outage multiple times during stay, not advertised accurately, no shuttle service if not booked directly with hotel, so be prepared to pay quite a bit of $$ for transportation Overall, I wouldn't stay here again due to distance, lack of communication with hotel prior to stay, the cons above and false advertising.

Tons of pools to lounge in for people of all ages, no issues finding a chair either. Beach is just steps from the pools and entertainment going all day long to keep everyone entertained! Staff are very polite and the rooms and facilities are all kept very clean

Beautiful resort! But… it needs much improvement. If your (African American) this property will not cater to you at all. I had to call on many different occasions to clean the room or ask for towels. Some staff were semi aggressive from asking basic things. Having traveled to other countries, we’d expect vacation service, not al la carte service as everyone expected a tip for basic things. Don’t think I would take my family here again. It’s also very far from the airport.

Great new resort. Think they are still in a beta phase of staffing, could use more staff and quicker response time. The staff that is there are amazing. The resort is very new. The food is amazing. Wish the reef (beach side restaurant) was open for more than lunch since the resaturants are so busy. Do not like that adults on Family side cannot go to Adult side of resort without paying a large fee per evening.

We had a great time as a family. The hotel shows no sign of damages from the hurricane. Clean property, nice staffs and great pools to enjoy!
