"Don’t rally like the beach"

"I was not aware that because I did not get the oceanfront view that I would not have a balcony maybe mishap on my part, but I haven’t been to an Island. There was not a balcony. I understand the room without a view of the ocean, but a room without a balcony , I did not enjoy . I also did not enjoy being closed off from the beach after 9 PM ! Lastly, for my five day visit, I never saw the main pool treated. The water was very cloudy."

"The property is about to close down on June 1 for much needed renovations. Probably should not be open at this stage. We just stayed between May 9-16 and roof work had already started which woke us early each morning with the noise. The carpets smell strongly of wet dog probably from flooding after the 2025 hurricane. For the amount we paid to stay, it was highly disappointing and we requested to cut the trip short for partial refund which was not approved. We’ve stayed at many Iberostars...

"This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep...

"I loved every part of this uniquely styled bed & breakfast stay. This was in a very secluded and safe neighborhood, the people in the area all seemed like they were middle to upper class citizens, and that I loved about the area. The food that was prepared for us was so delightful and healthy that I literally had seconds. Also the communication between the host and myself was quick and responsive. I loved everything about this villa."
