"Wonderful location"

"My overall trip was good. I have stayed at the Terra Nova on several occasions and it had always been immaculate, however I noticed a few flaws on this trip. The window curtains had a few ring top hooks missing which caused some parts of the curtains to hang loose preventing full closure. Some of the chairs in the lobby could use some upholstering and the pool is never available for the guests to use because there’s always a private function taking place on property. Otherwise a good stay. "

"The hotel is very clean, my room was spacious and really comfortable, staff were very professional, and the breakfast was really good with continental options at the buffet. I loved that there was a Jamaican breakfast option prepared to order. Nice rooftop dining was a vibe! Only cons are getting to the parking lot was tricky with the really close corners and tiny spots. And the pool…or lack there of was disappointing. It’s more for esthetics than practical use. Didn’t have a lounging vacation feel. More of a commuter hotel, business travel or 1-2 nights stay. Overall enjoyed my stay! Good location."

"Rooms were very small and for a booking of 4 only 2 mini bottles of water was left out. Beds were small and i had to pay for parking even though i was a guest. "

And the house keeper they were very friendly and helpful even down to the remote for the Telly they help me and my brother, I didn’t get the chance to take them properly but next time. "

The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter. "We stayed here for four days and the pool was closed for the first three days. When we asked about it the staff were dismissive. We felt like every time we asked for anything, we were being scrutinized (there were three of us and two sets of towels and when we asked for another set they wouldn’t give us one without being thoroughly questioned even though we booked for two adults and a child). We also had to ask numerous times to get our room cleaned. This is not a place we will stay again."
