I had a truly memorable stay at the Princess Hotel. The staff went above and beyond, and the atmosphere was absolutely invigorating. I can’t wait to come back! Oh and not to forget, I had the best burger at the MVP sports bar. ☺️

Our stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was disappointing and fell well below expectations for a family resort. The most concerning issue was at the Kids Club, where a staff member told our children to “shut up,” which is completely unacceptable in a supervised environment. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with rooms not properly cleaned despite repeated requests, and our friends experienced a ceiling leak with no room change offered. We also encountered a food hygiene issue at the buffet (hair found in food) with no follow-up from staff. Overall, there were clear gaps in service quality, communication, and guest care. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Our family stayed there in April of 2026. Family of 4, 2 kids 8 and 9. We all loved our stay. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, lots of variety. We got in quickly to all restaurants. The waterpark and pools were great!

From the moment we arrived everything felt smooth and welcoming. The property is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Huge shoutout to our butler(Pierre). He made sure we had reservations, checking in on us, or just handling the little details so we didn’t have to stress. Also have to shout out the Triston who worked the VR station. He brought such a great energy and made the experience way more fun than expected. Super friendly, helpful, and clearly enjoys what he does. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back. If you’re looking for a resort with solid service and relaxation, Princess Grand is a great choice.

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was outstanding, they were very professional, friendly and very accommodating. They made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely plan another stay at this resort!

Woke up after my first night to realize there was blood (not mine!!!) on the bedsheets. Probably the worst thing to have happen. Not only were the sheets not changed but they had someone’s blood on them. The staff tried to be helpful but honestly after that everything kind of bothered me. They had silly rules that kids couldn’t be play pool after 9:30pm. They’re 15 and 11, not little and were accompanied by us. We couldn’t walk along the beach beyond a certain point because of our wrist band color. Didn’t make me feel very welcome.

Definitely a place you want to visit if you have kids there’s lots to do. The food is foolish service. I love how they provided us with a crib. They provide us with whole milk for a one year-old the drink, though they need to reinvent that in terms of like liquor like you don’t really get top travel liquor, and the drinks are too sweet, you have to be very specific with the bartender as to what you want and hopefully they get you what you want but other than that I highly recommend this hotel. Very very happy with the service butlers we’ll go again.

We were so happy with this resort. The staff was so friendly, if we asked a question they walked us directly to what we were looking for, and were so playful with the kids. Our room was beautiful, newly remodeled. Had not a single issue getting into an à la cart that we wanted without any wait, and the kids were obsessed with the water park

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property was very clean throughout, including the rooms, pools, beach areas, and common spaces. The beach is beautiful, although a little rocky in some spots, but still a lovely place to relax and enjoy the water. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Alexa at reception, who was outstanding ,professional, kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. She made a big difference in our stay. Also, Trudy-Ann from housekeeping was amazing, trust worthy , thorough, friendly, and kept our room spotless. The food was excellent, with many delicious options every day. There was always something great to eat, and the restaurants were very enjoyable. The bartenders were also fantastic, friendly, fun, and attentive.We also loved the entertainment. The shows were very well done, with great singers and dancers, and it was nice that they offered entertainment for both kids and adults. There were always activities at the pools and beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The only issue we experienced was with the room keys, which stopped working more than once. Having to return to the front desk to reactivate them was frustrating. Aside from that small inconvenience, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, specially if you are a family wanting a good vacation.

The property is amazing, our room was a swim out and it was perfect. We would open our balcony and just be in our pool. All the other pools are also perfect! The beach is not wavy and very warm water. The food is really good. But if I need to choose one thing, that would be the staff. They are very adorable, really want to help and make sure we are happy in there. Very friendly. In the dinning section for breakfast and lunch Jada specially was amazing. Even when she was not directly serving our table, she would come to say hello and give important tips about Jamaica. I’d recommend this place 100/10.

Beware of the extra charges because they’re a lot of them. Pay attention to which side your booking. The family side is not going to be comfortable for you if you don’t want to hear kids running around, jumping on the furniture. Besides that gorgeous resort, clean, pleasant staff. 30 minutes from Negril and an hour from Montego Bay. Next time I would stay on the Senses side adults only. Not sure if I would recommend for solo travelers like myself.

My husband and I typically visit Sandals resorts, but we recently opted for a different establishment. The Prince Grand exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities. The accommodations were exceptional, and the dining options were delectable. We plan to come back in October for our 40th wedding anniversary.

Everything was spotless and staff was excwptional! Great food! Only complaint is the beach is very slap and rocky. Also, the man pool got very loud when they started aerobics at 11am. We moved to another pool because of it.

We had a great time at Princess Grand Jamaica. The food was excellent, especially the desserts. I loved the Platinum Club, especially the rooftop pool with its amazing ocean view. Our room also had a beautiful sunset view. Special mention to our butlers, Pierre and Javaughn, and all the Platinum Club staff for their great service. The entertainment could be better, but we didn’t mind since we enjoyed the quiet time.

I’ve been to quite a few all-inclusive resorts over the years, but I can honestly say the family section at Princess Grand Jamaica is the best experience I’ve had so far. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made everything completely stress-free. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and they always had a smile on their faces, which set the tone for the entire stay. The staff overall were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and it truly felt like more than just a vacation—it was an experience I won’t ever forget. A special mention has to go to the restaurant staff. Their level of professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail is outstanding. You can tell they are very well trained in customer service, and it made every dining experience enjoyable. The activities team also deserves huge praise. The entertainment was top tier—engaging, fun, and suitable for the whole family. There was always something happening, and they kept the energy high throughout. I would highly recommend the swim-out room—my daughter was in the pool for most of our stay and absolutely loved it! Overall, I would give the entire experience a 10/10. If you’re considering a family getaway, Princess Grand Jamaica has truly set the bar very high.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly, helpful & respectful. The food was great and plentiful. The only negatives were that there were no mats on the floor, especially when stepping out the shower, and the toilet in our suite kept blocking after doing #2 which was very disgusting.
