"I loved the resort and it's amenities. The only issue I think would really help this resort is changing the staff. The customer service there was ready to be argumentative. The drinks were never served in a timely manner. I would get my drink instead of waiting for them to bring me my drink, because I would finish my entire meal before they would bring me a drink. Great resort the only issue is the staff there."

"My stay here was great! Nice views and the staff were friendly. I wish they would play more Jamaican music and serve more cultural food. It is advertised that they had a food truck where you could get jerk chicken on the grill but the truck only offers nachos and hotdogs now. It would be nice to have more activities offered on the adult only side. The app shows plenty of activities but when we arrived we were told most of them were only offered on the family side. Booth to get transportation to hotel is located @ the airport. Paid $15 USD Hotel has lots of out-door sitting spaces giving a home-like comfortable feel. Can sit out and look @ the beach or enjoy the court yard or the pool. It's not a 'fancy' hotel. But it is very comfortable. I recommend and would return."

"If you’re looking for a hotel with a beautiful beach, this is the place. The beach was the highlight of our stay, although it is shared with Doctor’s Cave Beach, so it does get pretty crowded. The resort is small with a calm, quiet atmosphere. While I enjoyed that, there wasn’t much to do, and the pool area could feel a little boring at times. The food didn’t live up to the hype. "I absolutely loved Riu Reggae. Everyone over there was extremely friendly and helpful and there was so much to do! I’m pretty sure there was a show almost every night! I especially liked the fact that my friends and I were able to go to the other resorts (riu montego bay & riu palace) and do things over there too. The food was good some days and okay other days but it is a resort so my expectations weren’t that high. But overall, the resort was a 10/10!"

"The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously."
