"Easy check in. Decent WiFi. Great Customer service and safe and friendly driver Brian (a big plus for solo female travelers). Room clean and pool was clean. I got clean towels daily. Close to the hip strip and beaches. Highly recommend for price. "

"Room was dirty, dingy and old. Bugs in the room! Did not want to touch anything!! Additionally, there wasn't a proper lock on the door, which was totally unsafe! The only reason I didn't leave, was I literally had nowhere else to stay that night. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!"

"Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there. "Clean space, no roaches or many bugs but the place is not as advertised. They use a general picture for the house and beach which I felt was somewhat misleading despite their description being pretty accurate. It’s a studio with a view of the beach but not from the bed, only when you stand at the balcony. It’s close to many beaches and there’s food places around while the main town is close by. Bathroom has no caddy or place to put things in the shower and the water takes some time to heat but...

"We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was."

"These are individually owned private condos. I have stayed in other units here before. This visit was the worst by far. They did not have us listed for reservation even after messaging with the host that morning. After almost 1 hour they found the owner and had us sit in the lobby. When we got to the room it was already occupied by another guest. We had to wait in the lobby again, dragging all our luggage up and down the elevator. They did get us another unit within 30 minutes but it was subpar...
