"We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island.
Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend.
Pros: The staff(Amay, Cori, Moesha & Dean were all fabulous & went above and beyond. The ocean/beach are amazing with fun/free...

"Quite an excellent hotel. Everything was immaculate from the service, the food, and the overall hospitality. The only area of improvement would be to have a consistent time for housekeeping. On certain days it was done during the daytime and on certain days during the late afternoon. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend for sure!"

"They need to add more spa-related options, eg, sauna, facials, etc., and more massage techniques.
Food-wise, they should offer more of an authentic Jamaican flavor in their meals.
