We stayed post Melissa and they were working very hard to on repairs. The Signature side was being worked on as it was hit the hardest so we were placed in a third floor ocean view room. All the restaurants were open and events were taking place at various times. We happened to be there for their champagne tree lighting ceremony and it was beautiful. We have stayed at this resort a few times now and always love it. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. We will likely return in the future.

I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon.

L'hébergement a besoin d'un peu d'entretien. Autrement, l'emplacement est très agréable. Quant au service, le personnel aurait besoin d'être plus serviable et réactif aux besoins des clients. Finalement, la nourriture était bonne mais pas excellente. Je pense qu'ils peuvent améliorer sa qualité et sa diversité avec un peu d'effort.

Room was great with a beautiful view. Any issues that came up were resolved immediately by very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Lunch and dinner buffets needed more variety, however, the A La Carte restaurants were exceptional. The spa was very peaceful and relaxing and the masseuses were amazing.

If you read any reviews please read mine. Honestly I read all the lowest reviews after i booked this property and was nervous after and wow was i glad we didn't change our booking. First off we are from middle of nowhere western Nebraska so food choices are meat and potatoes and the best Mexican food anywhere. So food and eating in a different country always has its difficulties. We did not starve. If we didn't enjoy the restaurant we hit the buffet and were more than satisfied. We tried several places out of our comfort zone. We don't have indian or Jamaican flare in 200 miles of our house. But we tried it and came away experienced and knowing it was okay just not in our menu options going forward. Lets talk staff...we had the nicest most complementary staff experience. They were nice always asking if we were okay. Dont be a stuck up and say hello and actually treat them as a perdon and not there to wait on you without acknowledgement. Tips go a long way into better service and deep pours on drinks. We didnt pass a single employee ever that did not ask how we were. The only person we had any issue with was a waitress in the sports bar. She was rude and kept rolling her eyes at us. Never helped us no matter how long we waited. Guess what we did....went to the bartender and tipped him well in front of her and he was amazing!! Lastly upgrade when you book to signature level. Room with ocean view was insane! Well worth the extra money if you want to impress the Mrs.

We were a family of 8 members. We all enjoyed our stay. It’s been almost a month later and we are still sharing pics and laughing about the fun times we had at The Grand Palladium. Beautiful grounds with fabulous views. The food was surprisingly delicious and staff were very accommodating. My husband and I are planning on returning for some alone time.

Loved the quiet calm beaches Didn't care for the buffet food.....lots of repeats. Noisy, hard to carry on a conversation. Several specialty restaurants were closed. Would not visit again unless these issues were corrected.

The property grounds, room and service was excellent. The food I would say is average but we no complaints about it overall. The Italian restaurant was the best out of the a-la-carte restaurants. We will be definitely coming back

Beautiful beaches, great snorkeling, most of staff members are amazing. Not so good: no physician at the property, only a nurse. You should be able to have at least an online consultation with a physician. Our daughter was bitten by a cat, and the only solution was to go to Montego Bay to the hospital, in a cab, to get any information and treatment. They should have sparkling water available at the buffet, some times, by the time they bring it, we would finish our meal. There is a very strong musty smell in some rooms on the first floor. Our friends had to switch a room after a few days, as they couldn't tolerate the smell. The variety of food in the buffet could be better for the 5 star resort. We still enjoyed our vacation, its a beautiful place.

Fantastic property, but we had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Firstly, our rooms had a smell of mold/mildew. We were initially told that the resort was full but after being adamant about the issue as being a health issue, a room opened up suddenly. Once we switched rooms things were good. The staff in general were fantastic and the food was good.
