"recently celebrated my birthday here, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The biggest positive was the staff—they were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and did everything they could to make us comfortable. They truly deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the property itself is in desperate need of renovation and proper upkeep. There were too many worn-out and dilapidated areas that took away from the experience. Our room had a leaking AC and even a spider inside, and there were simple things missing like ketchup and bitters for drinks—small issues that should be easy to fix. It felt like the staff cared, but upper management didn’t seem to share that same level of concern. That’s really disappointing because with some attention and investment, this place could be so much better. I genuinely appreciate the incredible staff, but sadly, the condition of the property would keep me from returning. I sincerely hope management makes the improvements it deserves."

"Amazing. The beach is across the street from the resort the food is amazing. If you’re allergic to cats you might have an issue. Cats walk around the resort. The rooms are very nice. The balcony is really nice. Overall a very nice resort if your looking for a couples retreat not so much partying"

"We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The hotel itself is in condition, and the staff were consistently wonderful and helpful throughout our visit. My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund"
