The food is excellent. The rooms are too cold and when you turn off the air conditioner condensation collects on walls and floor which limited you from opening windows and patio doors but the clean up was very fast.

The staff was friendly,polite and knowledgeable.The property was getting a well needed upgrade. Location and food was good.Clean room and I had the best housekeeper in #1206.

Reviews on food had me very worried, but alas - crisis averted. Great food for the most part, great vibes and an overall great experience. Staff are extremely helpful and polite, quick to give recommendations and service and the amenities are good. Its quiet and quaint and I enjoyed the local feel

It was a nice place, my biggest complaint was the food, a lot of the food was not seasoned at all but other than that it was a nice spot with nice beach access.

The hotel was hit by the hurricane and has only just opened back up so still working on the property.. but we still had a really good time and will be back again next year good nice staff good and when it opens fully it will again be beautiful

Great spot for the price. The food was great and although some folks might complain about lack of variety (as I have seen before) it had a decent variety of quality meals. Bar stock was good. Being a beer drinker, I love having Red Stripe on tap. Staff were top notch. Professional and friendly. The property wss in amazing condition considering that Melissa was just a year ago and many other resorts haven't reopened yet. The beach area is incredible as we're the grounds in general. I will definitely be returning. It's a property steeped in history.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sea Garden Resort! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and so kind to us and our baby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Now for the food, whoever is in that kitchen is doing an amazing job. Every single meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was delicious and beautifully prepared. While we didn't drink much from the bar, the few drinks my husband and I tried were good. We loved our time here!

The room looked clean but it felt dusty and dirty at the same time, the TV was full of stains. The only 3 staff that was friendly were the bartenders (raymond and andre) and one server (clayton) The food was good for the price, could be better. The outdoor pool looked clean but I was uncertain due to the cleanliness of my room. My air conditioner wasn't working, I reported it but nothing was done. Overall being in the hospitality industry myself, i did not enjoy my experience at the sea garden resort. My recommendation for the future is to retrain the staff and maybe open the hotel when its not big renovation going on as it is now. I believe in the future, with the right management, proper training of staff and new renovations coming. Sea garden resort will be a great place to bring the family for that Jamaican home feel resort.
