"I booked this hotel mainly for the location, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the rooms face the road and are noisy, and music was played constantly, 24 hours a day. "the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view."

"I stayed here with my niece, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful beach view. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. A big shout-out to Yvonne from the breakfast team, she made our mornings even more enjoyable! "Shirley Retreat Hotel was super clean and accommodating. My son and I was able to rest good the beds slept well and the rooms are super spacious. We were there for a tennis tournament and it is positioned near some good restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rebook upon my return."
