"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."

"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors.
