"Everything about this hotel owned by Jimmy Buffett is amazing! Breakfast buffet was the best one I have ever seen. Fairly new hotel on the marina. Quiet, clean, the food at restaurant was awesome and the bar near the pool was a benefit. Will definitely be back"

"Every room has an awe-inspiring ocean view, and a wonderful sit out balcony. This is everything! They also put out new chairs this season and have plenty of umbrellas placed out to enjoy, for no charge, on a first come basis! The Tiki Bar by the pool is popular and cute. The outdoor eating areas overlooking the beach have been redecorated and look gorg eous with twinkling lights at night. The beach has only a short walk to the ocean up a few steps. The desk staff are hardworking and helpful. The problem I had was with the housekeeping staff which you have to request for them to clean up. No one ever came to our room for the three days we were there even though I requested it several times . We kept waiting outdoors for them to finish up, but they never did. Icalled and we told the front desk several times. We had to empty our own trash, pickup towels, toilet paper, tissues, and deal with dirty towels piling up, a very dirty floor, and although we told them, no recompense was given. Another problem is always a late check-in on Sundays as the rooms are never cleaned and ready until after check in time. Others who came in after us got their rooms, because they were ready; I felt like we were punished--ours was ready just before 5 pm and we arrived around 3 pm. Be aware of $20 parking fees added to your bill at checkout."

"Sarah, staff member, I spoke with prior to booking, was VERY helpful and certainly went the extra mile to secure me a proper handicap accessible room. The chair lift for the pool was not working, which I discovered before I arrived. The manager did the right thing and had a new lift installed. The overall accessibility was done very well and much appreciated."

"This was a very good place to stay...we had a 2BR/2BA on the third floor which was great to be high where the breeze was cooler than below! Nice to have table outside if you wanted to sit out. Three TVs so accommodated us all nicely. Nice towels, soaps & lotions. An easy walk to the beach with access to outdoor showers. Multiple pools. A few minor things I'd wish were different: the elevator access and elevators were stifling hot. Small wall Acs are ancient and while on 24/7 did nothing to cool the space. Master bath had the light and vent on one switch and this can be disturbing at night or other times. NO bar in the shower! Ice took a long time to make and I'd advise someone turn it on BEFORE a check-in. VERY challenging coffeemaker! You are expected to clean-up before leaving including taking the trash out. And finally, we left behind some books and while there was a great app ("I Left My Stuff") to manage the return, the staff communications were muddled and contradictory."

"The room was amazing. I loved the way the room was layed out, The bathroom was large. No tub, but the shower was good too. There is a living space with a sofa, a diningroom with a large table. The lighting was good too. I have stayed in many hotels, but I think this one is the best so far. The beach was only 10 miles away, and the stores were close. I had one issue, and when I told the staff at the front desk about my issue, she took care of it immediately. That was very appreciated."

"The whole place got renovated since I been there a few years ago. Refurbished rooms, super clean. Very cozy and nice looking public space with a grill, bar table, swing seesaws as bar stools(!) and ping-pong table (!). Bicycles and some beach stuff you can use (for free). And the main thing - own beach access board walk. Highly recommend!"
