We were expecting a hottub like in the picture of the room that I booked. The bathroom was in less than desirable condition including missing caulk around the tub and mold exposed.

We booked the jacuzzi room. Arrived around 11p. There was some confusion since we'd paid thru Expedia. We were given room keys while staff sorted it out. Room cooled off quickly. Clean. Bed was comfy. Door bolt would not latch and no door bar. I know the area so that wasnt a big deal. It's not a froo froo place. It's a nice hotel to have a good soak and a peaceful sleep.

My experience was awful bathroom door wouldn't shut entrance door looked like it was kicked some time stains on the bedding pillows was shaped like a basketball black mold on the bathroom tub and when ac kicked on it smelled so bad

Right off the bat. The property was clean and presented well and the customer service was impeccable.. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The covers were warm. The air conditioner worked. The bathroom was clean and accessible. The spacing was great. I actually have no complaints about this property or my stay from the customer service to the property to the room. It was great. Highly recommend.

I don’t have a problem staying in barebones motels/hotels and that’s what I needed for this trip. The room was clean but the hallway needed some work. The secondary latch was loose on the inside. My problem arose as we were trying to sleep. Someone was going in and out of a door near our room all night. I’m assuming it was outside. I barely slept because it made me very uneasy. I had my elderly mom with me so I wanted to keep her safe. It looked like they were attempting to update some things but it’s not there yet.

The pool was not open for use. Was not informed at any point. There was a roach crawling up the bathroom door. Smoke detector needed a new battery, which they didn’t have.

We needed help to enter our room. The lock mechanism wasnt working properly. The bathroom door wouldnt shut, the shower rod was broken so water covered the floor, there was moldy silicone in the shower, unchanged sheets with blood all the way through to the mattress. The lady was helpful. I will never stay there again. The only amenity was broken ( heated indoor pool) very disappointed but not a surprise being red roof inn. Just because its cheap doesn't mean it has to be nasty.

The prices were the best in the area without sacrificing quality, the staff have all been super helpful and very kind. So far its definitely been my best hotel stay in a long time

Took the staff a little bit to get in the building because he was outside smoking floor in the hallway and the lobby were dirty they had white pieces of paper all over the place.. there was another customer on his phone in the lobby talking real loud and had been there probably 2 hours the mattresses were older and squeaked when you got up and down off of them the bathroom tile was dirty in the grout areas and in the corners of the floor needs a lot of cleaning and work done would not stay there again it also smelled like smoke in the

The elevator and air conditioning worked. That’s about where the good stuff stops. The pool was closed. There was no breakfast. There was a sign that said coffee starts 5am; not available until almost 6:30. And it wasn’t even hot. Our floors in our room were crumbling in spots. We didn’t have a single towel in our room. There was supposed to be a jetted tub. It was missing a knob and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom door barely shut. The tv remote didn’t work the tv. The only light in the bathroom that worked was the fan light. The vanity light was out and did not work. No hand soap. Bring your own. The bed was ok. There also wasn’t a clock in our room. I really thought this brand was nicer. Apparently, not this location.
