Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. "I arrived from an international flight, the booking was made by Expedia. A human made me type all my details into a machine to get a key card at 10 pm. In the morning I had just dressed and was putting my shoes on when another guest walked into my room. The night Manager trite tell me I must have not closed the door properly. I said doesn't the weight of the door close it automatically? I tried x10 to not close the door its not possible. He said she didn't use her key card but she held it up to...
