"Excellent hotel! We loved the access to the beach and the pool area. The food was also delicious. Overall we had a great experience and plan to return!"

"Property was good. Valet staff was very helpful. Front desk team also amazing. Only issue I had was the room windows don’t open for fresh air which is a huge down side for me. They should open at least a few inches. One other thing was the pillows are super fluffy and bed was too soft. Out side of that great property, great staff, great location "

"We stayed at La Hacienda for a couple of days while we visited Calibunga Water Park and the family loved it. It was our second visit to San Jose and by far this hotel was our place of choice. The place was quiet, clean and felt much safer than other hotels in the San Jose area. The parking lot and all of its trees provided great shade for vehicles as well as visitors. "The desk clerk was helpful and very cheery for it being so late in the evening. Hotel was older but well kept and clean. We were there for a visit to the Winchester House which was only about a10-15 minute drive. Plenty of stores near by to get forgotten essentials. Overall a very good stay. "
