"I will absolutely stay here again - the location was perfect (right near the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and 1/2 block from the metro), and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of ripe fruit (in January!). Our room was immaculate. Several very good restaurants were within two blocks. Be aware that you have to climb some stairs.
