The manager was very helpful. The general areas were very dirty but the room was clean. Great bed and bedding. They just need a big renovation and cleanup of general areas. Also, an elevator ands caddy would be good for carrying suitcases up to 2nd - 3rd floor.

Great, friendly staff. Our King room was a large, clean room that had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfy however the pillows were not the greatest.

Jackie at reception made my stay comfortable and enjoyable! It is my second time at Alila and I will definitely be back. The hotel is very conveniently located and affordable, which makes it ideal if staying in Morin Heights. I shall return!

Convenient hotel in Morin Heights.

Reasonably priced hotel close to the centre of Morin Heights and very close to the aerobic corridor. Basic, clean rooms. Would have liked the ability to make coffees in the room though

A quiet, simple motel close to interesting towns. The room was large and comfortable. Our only complaint is that we stayed an extra night and was told we hadn't paid enough through Expedia the night previous and owed more money. If they listed the motel for the wrong price, we shouldn't have had to make up the extra charge.

Stayed end of October . Room was confortable, friendly check-in, But overall experience Average / low. Says it’s a three-star hôtel , payed 190CAD/night but there were no means to make or have a cup of coffee. Probably due to the season, but the common areas were totally empty and services closed .

There were bed bugs all over the beds. We all got Pecks in the arms, legs and neck. It has been one week and we still got them. We were 5 and there were only two beds. (We asked for another One and they didnt have one) One of them was broken. Moldy bathroom courtain. Worst expérience ever, so far.
