"This property is only good for 1 or 2 stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. We had water issues during whole stay. Water pressure and not having hot water. They moved us to another room in which we had an issue with the toilet, then we move back to the original room and the same sheets were on the bed from...

"We were 3 persons and Room only has 2 towels instead of 3, the sofa bed didn’t have any sheets and pillow, only one soap for 3 persons, no handwash on bathrroom, since day one no pool towels. Room services didn’t clear or change towels next day, staff didn’t made any move on day one to resolve issue, when we asks for manager, manager was not working that day and then they gave us in the front desk the sofa bed sheet, pillow and clean towels. "The resort was ok but nothing to go crazy for. The rooms need upkeep and upgrades the bathtub always took forever to drain the walls were cracked and everything was rusty and old. The public beach section was dirty and nothing like the pictures. Pool was ok but kinda small and the reception area also. The breakfast was very good and at least that made up for the other cons of the the trip. But before you go make sure you call and get every detail you can cause cause they charge you 100 a day...
