Had some issues with our stay. After our first night, we left our room to go out for the day. My husband had gone back and found that all our things were gone (weirdly the room key still worked). So my husband went to the office to find out what was going on. The guy who checked us in on our first night quit so at first there was no record of us being there. (They found the paper proving we checked in later.) I guess they thought that the previous person who stayed in that room left and forgot their things (something along those lines). Someone that worked there went into our room, shoved all our stuff into our suitcases, threw away our snacks, water bottle, my leftover coffee and our shower supplies. They stuck our suitcases in a janitors closet. My husband got our suitcases back and they gave him the same room again. The girl at the desk said she got it figured out and we are good to go but, later she called me to tell us that our reservation for that day was canceled and gave me a cancellation confirmation number supposedly from Expedia. We did not cancel our room! I looked on my Expedia app and there were no notifications of cancellation. She also told me they did not get paid from Expedia or some thing like that and that we owed them money. I booked this whole trip on Expedia and it was completely paid for. We called Expedia, explained everything and they took care of it. Side note, the desk girl was very nice and tried to be very helpful to us.
