"The hotel could use some updating. Our air conditioner was broken, and after it requested twice for it to be looked at or fixed, they claimed that it was which it was not. The staff was not rude. They just were not caring. It was a convenient location for what we were doing, but glad we were only there one night and not sure that I would stay there again."

"Literally everything was GREAT! I’ll definitely be back. My ONLY complaint would be that the toilet paper was a bit harsh. I still give it 5 stars though because next time I’ll be bringing my own lol"

From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely phenomenal—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. Every detail reflected the high standard you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. Although I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, everything else about my stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta and looking for exceptional service and a clean, comfortable place to stay."

"The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The restaurant was awful and there is no other food options close by. I definitely will not stay there again or recommend it for anyone else."
