"They seemed under staffed. Garbages were overflowing. Two servers for a restaurant. Long wait times for cafe in waterpark. Cafe in waterpark poorly run. The waterpark was much smaller than I expected, but good for younger kids. Rooms were nice, bigger and nicer than Kalahari. Arcade bigger than Kalahari. Not as crowded as Kalahari. Front desk staff very helpful. A lot of activities for small kids"

"There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed)."

"Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol! We enjoyed the spa- sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The somatic body movement and yoga classes helped our bodies stay loose and relaxed. We absolutely loved the prix fixe...

"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."
