"The room we were in was called a corner room. It had no main heavy curtains just a sheer liner. 6:30am the sun shinning bright in our faces and we couldn’t go back to sleep. Not a good idea not to have curtains! We’ve stayed there before, it wasn’t a corner room but it did have curtains!"

"The room was cute and clean we used the pool and it was great. Literally right down the highway is the campgrounds for the state park. We used that area to do some amateur astronomy. Great time. Make it perfect if they had a restaurant or food available on property. I saw signs that they were renovating the restaurant. So hopefully soon. My 6 year old thought it was so fun."

"If you're looking for a fun desert getaway, this is it! If you're a pilot, they pick you up at the airport and drive you to the resort. The property is fantastic - well kept, and very clean. The rooms were very nice and the beds are super comfortable with excellent wifi and TV options. There are paths that wind around the complex which includes a large stargazing area. There's a Starbucks on the property, but be advised they have limited hours and this is the "Market" they are referring to on the site. They have mostly Starbucks items but you can also purchase sandwiches and soda there. The restaurant was excellent - we had dinner only but the lunch menu looked great. The staff is amazing, and in my case they went above and beyond. My wife and I flew in to the airport for an overnight getaway and while there I lost my plane keys! We spent the morning searching everywhere to no avail. Uber & Lift apps work, but they don't want to drive that far. Feeling desperate and stranded, the facility driver, Bruce Knapp, checked with his bosses and offered to drive me to Fallbrook, CA to retrieve my backup keys! We really enjoyed the drive and had a wonderful time talking. He drove me back to the airport and I flew my plane home that evening. My keys were found the next day under a table in the lobby, and Bruce promptly mailed them back to me. All in all the entire trip was a wonderful experience and I look forward to going back again soon."
