"Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. "

"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. "Fantastic location, relaxing and friendly environment nestled in a beautiful forested location. Close to town of Armentarola (accessible by bus, shuttle or even walking) where the ski tow is located. The on-site restaurant is excellent and convenient. I had some of my best sleeps in years in the A-frames. Cant wait to return."

"Room was very small but very clean and cute not many amenities a short walk into town but the first part of the road no sidewalks and a bit dangerous. We did try the restaurant but looked amazing and wish we did. No lift just stairs to your room staff very nice bu no one there at nighttime."
