"When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. "

"My first time staying there was definitely wonderful. However, the last visit the room was definitely not up to par as far as cleanliness and unfortunately had other issues as well so I canceled the room. Front desk receptionist was really nice about the situation. Booked 2 nights, but only received refund for one. Not sure if I would try again."

"I travel with 8 we got 2 rooms at 8am I went for breakfast 3 of us out of the 8 there was food, however when we left it was very little I had told the lady at the front I was sending the rest of my party to eat and there was hardly anything to eat the lady said ok. When the other 4 went to eat there was 2 muffins no hash browns and a couple biscuits! Needless to say not enough food for them to eat! Very unsatisfying! Breakfast could have been maybe hotter, but I understand it’s hard to know how many to plan for too. We were thankful for a safe, clean space in the middle of everything there in Flowood!"
