"It seems like the price is high for what you are getting. The location is beautiful by the ocean and within walking distance of the Bluff ocean trail. However, we were expecting a little bit more luxury. There was no unique character or coziness to the place you would expect of a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was rather small, although it was over looking the ocean."

"Diana and Noel are the best host and hostess we have experienced in years of staying in B&B accommodations. They are kind, helpful, and delightful company. Their home is beautiful, cozy and full of charm. They provide ample space across many rooms in their home. Your breakfast is home cooked delicious and coffee amazing (Noel is a first rate barista). "The room was adequate, but very run down. The TV frame was broken as well as the screen, resulting in lines over it and everything was purple. The sofa had huge rips/tears in it, and there were two holes in wall. Toilet seat was the wrong size, meaning you sit partly on bowl and no towels were there when we arrived, but when we rang they did deliver them. There was no-one at the office at check-in or check-out, just a note on the door saying key was in room. Otherwise shower was awesome and bed...
