"My family and I have a great time at this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and maintain high quality. Their chef at the egg station is a great cook. It is the best breakfast we had when we were in Europe. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. The room is spacious and clean. "The accomodation suited it's needs but I wouldn't stay again. The communication wasn't great and the check in check out times are really not ideal. At the very least for check out, please install a postbox outside the door to drop off the keys and not inside the office otherwise you won't be able to leave until 10am when it opens. The good thing about the place was it was in a nice safe area and the balcony was pretty good."

"Despite a slow check in (multiple people waiting to check in and only 1 staff member available) and some trouble in accessing the building (the entry door system malfunctioned), we loved everything else about this hotel apartment. It was spotless and so well equipped from dishwasher to AC and washer. Close to many shops. City parking around the unit was hard to find, so do consider paying 59 PLN for their underground parking.
