Very friendly and helpful service. Hôtel is conveniently located and the small spa is nice (although no pool). Food options however are limited. Breakfast is decent but avoid half board. The ground floor restaurant basically reuses left over breakfast items!

Having skied for some 30 years this without doubt is the most customer friendly hotel I have stayed in ,food was excellent,bar service excellent,staff amazing ,extra lighting in the boot room wouldn't go a miss 😀 A definite re book for us

Super boutique cool

If you're after 4 star super boutique cool, over 5 star bland, this is the hotel for you. Was nicknamed the Saint Tropez de Niege in it's day and you can still feel the 70/80s celebrity vibe running through its amazing architecture and design. Which set the look and style for the whole resort. The food is superb so i'd recommend half board. Location is incredible. You can literally ski in and out of the boot room and ski hire is opposite. Rooms are smallish but perfectly formed, Staff are lovely. It's a proper gem.

Une troisième nuit est venue complétée le séjour A moment du paiement, après accord sur la tarification, une nouvelle base a été validée... Depuis 3 mois nous attendons la régularisation de notre cas SANS SUCCES c'est tout simplement insupportable IL N'A AUCUN REGLEMENT A CE JOUR

Cauchemar en cuisine !

Restauration horrible dans l’établissement, repas digne d’une cantine et je suis gentille, certains plats étaient vraiment pas bon ! Un conseil, si vous ne voulez pas gâcher vos vacances ne dîner pas sur place. Beaucoup de très bon restaurant aux alentours. Nous sommes restés 3 jours et c’était bien suffisant, Personnel et directeur rien à dire, ils subissent le chef en place. Séjour en février j’espère que l’hôtel à changé de chef aujourd’hui !

It was away from the busiest part of Avoriaz so it was quieter, but a good central location for walking everywhere we needed to go. Great location to ski out of too. The staff really made the experience exceptional...kind, respectful, and patient with our lack of French. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Amazing stay. Wonderful welcome with complimentary drinks. Warm and cosy and lovely atmosphere. Ideal location. Great selection at breakfast. Room was a good size and comfortable and had a great view. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Will be returning.

Ett hotell vi återvänder till. Perfekt läge, ski in ski out. Mysigt. Bra med två restauranger. Litet spa men mysig badtunna, bastu och hög kvalitet på behandlingarna. Jättebra service plus för att man kan köpa liftkortet på hotellet.
