"The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of many downtown attractions. One thing to note is that there were quite a few homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which may be a concern for some guests. However, we never felt unsafe and did not experience any issues during our stay.
What really made this hotel stand out was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out a little later than the standard times, which made our trip much more enjoyable.
It was also very convenient to have the restaurant located right downstairs. The restaurant manager was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. We would definitely stay here again."
